All of our products are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia, via Australia Post’s Letter Service, Priority Mail, Parcel Post, Express Post or eParcel services.
We aim to dispatch all products within one business day after your full payment is made, however some custom orders may take 2 business days to complete. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable.
Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.
Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will require a longer delivery time. Where applicable, we always enable tracking notifications to the email address and mobile number provided. If a tracking number is provided, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. The AusPost app is a great way to track the stages of delivery of your order.
Some products may be dispatched in more than one package.
We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.
